So what's new this year? Well we're glad to reinstate the 1000m races that we had to drop due to scheduling issues last year...as a result we are looking at limiting team entries to ensure that everyone gets as many races as possible, so get the entry forms in as soon as possible. Once we get close to the limit we will notify everyone via email.

We've set up PayPal this year to allow you to use a Credit Card to pay with, or to just use a direct transfer from your checking account. Don't worry, we'll pick up the fees.

REGISTRATION CLOSED!

We are now at 76 teams across all of our divisions, so are closing registrations for 2009. Thanks you to all who are in - see you in a few weeks. 

2009 SCHEDULE

Version 3 of the schedule is now available here, as of Thursday 26th. With only 2 days to go we aim this to be the final schedule, but please be prepared for any last minute changes. Version 2 is no longer valid.

CAPTAIN and STEERS MEETING

The Captain's meeting will be at the race course on the Saturday morning of race weekend, at 7:15am.  All Steers and Captains are required to attend for the final race rundown, review of rules and the race layou on the water.


TEAM WAIVER

The Team Waiver can be found here. All teams must present the Waiver to the Volunteer/AZDBA tent prior to the Captain's meeting. For those paddlers under 18 must sign the Individual Waiver (see below)


INDIVIDUAL WAIVERS

For those paddlers under the age of 18, you must provide parental or guardian signatures. For this purpose there is an Individual Waiver form that must be filled in by each paddler under 18 and presented to the volunteer tent prior to the race, with the main  team waiver.


PRACTICES - IN TOWN TEAMS

Practices have started for the in-town teams at the marina and will continue right up to the festival.


PRACTICES - OUT OF TOWN TEAMS

If you are an out of town team and wish to practice on Friday, please contact Mitzi
